Whatcha Got Cooking Tonight?

Friends! I made this recipe SO long ago and completely forgot to even share it! Some evenings I am stumped as to what I should make for dinner...I'm really good at picking veggies and protein but I never can decide on how I want to cook them.
Enter Primal Kitchen.
I love opening my fridge and seeing their delicious dressings and marinades that are ready to use and made with fresh, real ingredients!

I picked up a beautiful pork tenderloin and let it marinate in the Honey Mustard Vinaigrette. This Vinaigrette is one of my favourites on top of a salad, but it was so yummy on the pork as well! After a few hours, I seasoned my pork with salt and pepper and some extra porterhouse seasoning, threw it on the bbq and voila!

I roasted some veggies in the oven while my pork was on the grill with a bit of Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Easy peasy and so delicious. I could eat roasted veggies most nights and the prep is so simple!

I added a tiny side salad with a bit of fresh fruit I had in my fridge, feta cheese and a drizzle of Primal Kitchen Balsamic Vinaigrette. I don't know about you, but I don't have a ton of time to prep my food because my kids are always wanting me to play! That's why I love using Primal Kitchen dressing and vinaigrettes because I know they are made with real, fresh ingredients and they are delicious!! I may even ask for a few bottles in my stocking this year :)
