Teacher Thank You Gift Ideas
/We are delighted that summer is almost here, but with that means we have to say goodbye to some incredible teachers this year. Teachers this year have gone above and beyond to make students’ lives enriched and full of joy and learning. We wanted to take some time and create some summer basket thank you’s as a way of saying an extra big thank you to the men and women who have poured into our kids’ lives this year.
We were inspired by the summer edition of the Magnolia journal cover shot to include the gorgeous summer pastel colours in our basket! Joanna Gaines and her team always create magic for their cover shoots and this year’s sidewalk chalk rainbow road is no exception.
Our custom made “Summer time” flags were the perfect addition to add a bit of whimsy and fun to the thank you baskets. When we think of summer, a few things come to mind: relaxation, treats and sunshine!
Bath & Body Works shower gel and hand soap were the perfect start for our baskets. We love their fresh and seasonal flavours like Sea Salt and Lime, At the Beach, and Kitchen Lemon. Isn’t a warm bubble bath the perfect way to relax after a long summer day?
Sugarjoy makes the most beautiful candy and is a Canadian company as well. They offer a wide variety of flavours including Vegan Bubble Gum Rolls, Sour Watermelon and Strawberry Rolls. The packaging is adorable in the classic black and white but it is the playful and delicious candy inside that can bring out a little joy for our teachers!
Purdys always carries themed chocolate boxes and treats and their teacher thank you line is adorable this year. The coloured pencil crayons is perfect for any elementary teacher and their Sports themed salted caramels would make any PE teacher smile! We personally love the individual packs of Sweet Georgia Browns and Hedgehogs which make the perfect thank you for anyone special.
It wouldn’t be summer without enjoying a refreshing drink. The Strait & Narrow is a local company offering spirit mixed colourful cans of fun flavours for summer. These custom handcrafted spirits would be best enjoyed in good company and we cannot wait to try them.
