Dressing for the weather: UGG

It's November, so that means it's almost Christmas! First, a wonderful month where we honour our Veterans, celebrate my son's birthday and lets be honest....prep for all things Christmas! Have you put on Christmas music yet?
To kick off our winter preparation Lauren and I slipped away for a few minutes together kid free! We grabbed our favourite drinks, dressed in our favourite UGGs and found a beautiful spot to enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Keyword: hot.

Of course the day was pouring rain! Big shocker (It rained 28 out of 31 days in October FYI). But we made the most of it. The best part was UGG has perfected their Classic Boot and it is now water and stain resistant so the rain did not dampen our plans.

I love my sisters. They have always been creative, talented, encouraging and a little bit crazy so I always jump at the chance when I can sneak away for a few minutes with them. They keep me feeling young! Both of my sisters are so gifted - sometimes I think between the two of them, they could take over the world. Honestly, Lauren is an excellent speaker with wildly creative ideas and Brie has the most beautiful voice in the world with the kindest heart. Naturally, any moment I can spend with them is treasured.

Seriously, UGG classic boots are slippers for my feet. When I put these boots on, it's like a warm hug for my feet with their plush wool insole.

These two. I am so blessed that they live so close so I get to see them often. Growing up we were always close, but we had our fair share of sister wars. Now, the bond between the three of us is inseparable. We are constantly supporting and loving each other, sharing wisdom, and most importantly, borrowing outfits!

Moments without kids, when it's just the three of us, are getting fewer and farther in between but we wouldn't change it for the world. Thanks UGG for making comfort for my feet that lets me enjoy special moments (regardless of the weather) with my favourite people! What is your favourite UGG style?
